As for you, (1) MyanPay is not a saving bank nor banking service but payment services it has been doing. (2) MyaPay is not your treasurer of the finance but a representative for the payment of the performances.
1. Process and Obligation of User
To achieve service, you shall register in the MyanPay account. You may apply for your services under MyanPay account for payment, running business, earning or shopping payment for services. Any process using your password shall be accepted on the utilization of service. You have responsibilities on the damages and losses resulted from all the processes applicability of your account and password. Compensation cannot be claimed from us.
2. Registration Information
Comprehensive and true information shall be given for registration from you and any changes shall be made immediately. You shall agree not to pretend for another or application of name of others without permission. In case there has findings of incorrect and incomplete and inaccurate information from you, MyanPay has right to call off the utilization of service. The cost and expenses or any losses resulted directly or indirectly from your inaccurate and unsure information may be acquired from you.
3. Service Charges
Current fee Schedule of MyanPay for the service has been uploaded in the website payment as for MyanPay account and adding finance and withdraw money and the appropriate service charge to the bank shall be undertaken to be paid.

In a certain illegal earning, you shall agree not to use MyanPay. Illegal performances, services, MyanPay website or any website mentioned cannot be used. 10. Hacking
If you apply or attempt to apply our service for your payment and acceptance and measure of account, apart from these, (interference, hacking, safety standard and performances disruption), you account shall be terminated without prior notice. Additionally, your account shall be recognized at blacklist and penalties (including charge of electronic law) shall be given. This user agreement has proper control the right of disposal to anyone in relation to your performances on your particulars without any initial permission from you. MyanPay shall not claim for damages of all or any destruction in view of MyanPay.
11. Stipulation
You shall agree not to shift without written approval of the MyanPay of the right or duties under this agreement and MyanPay has right to transfer duties and any privilege under this agreement without your permission.
12. Service Upgrade (or) Server Maintenance
Sometimes, maintenance and upgrade processes of MyanPay's Services can be performed in the minimum time of use and will be informed to MyanPay users in advance. During the maintenance process, MyanPay Service will be temporarily suspended and MyanPay users have no right to ask for compensation.
13. Payment
Prior to payment for the services of the shopping from MyanPay users, not only terms and agreement stipulated by MyanPay but also terms and conditions of merchants are required to be perused carefully. You may have right to call off this process in pursuance of targeted period of time with the use of cancellation form prescribed by MyanPay. User shall bear the charges of the MyanPay services appropriate for the transition and process already cancelled.
14. Acceptance of Cash
Prior to the acceptance of cash, it is necessary to have MyanPay business account to have been stipulated. MyanPay users opening business account in MyanPay may sell, pay service and accept money for it. In violation of policies and agreement executed between MyanPay and merchant, account may be cancelled and acceptance of money can be denied.
15. Withdrawing money from bank account
MyanPay users may withdraw money at anytime from MyanPay. However, MyanPay business account users (merchants), in default of information of the product and service delivery of the sold ones during the prescribed period of time, the appropriate expenses of the defaulted product and service can be withdrawn from MyanPay account. For the transition defaulted by the merchant, the service charge of the MyanPay appropriate shall be paid by merchant.
